Document Files

All documents should be submitted as the most recent Adobe PDF/A standard.

This is a specific standard for archiving which created an ‘as printed’ file, rather than a dynamic file dependent on features of software (for fonts or fields for example).

Files can be converted to PDF/A using Adobe Acrobat.We are able to do this for contributors.

The file may be validated using VeraPDF.
