Very little has changed to the buildings of Bonds Hospital/Bablake School on the right side of the street but the equally historic buildings on the left hand side have all gone. The photographer is situated by the junction with Bond Street on the immediate left with the lamp of the Newdigate Arms pub a couple of buildings further down.
